Newly renovated. New appliances and 2 ACs, 5fans, lots of lights, and curtains. East-facing: Well-lit and ventilated. Fully furnished. <5 minutes from Lilavati Hospital, other labs, schools, market, etc. Close to Bandstand, Hill Rd, yet away from traffic, close to Coastal Rd & Sea-link (drive to Churchgate <30 minutes). Beautiful scenery with trees, shrubs, flowers, gardens, walking areas and children play areas. Peaceful, safe (24-hrs security, gated, CC cameras),. I personally do not find anything that I dislike. I must admit that we have to walk or travel for 10 minutes or so for big markets in bazar, Hill road, etc. read more

The area is fully crowded and noisy with narrow streets that can become overwhelming, particularly during busy times. The high cost of living and resource competition can pose difficulties for those looking to move in. The area is famous for the traffic jams, especially the frustrating rush hours.
