Cricketer Rohit Sharma leases two apartments in Mumbai’s Bandra West

The 14th-floor apartments cover an area of 1,047 square foot.

January 23, 2024: Cricketer Rohit Sharma has reportedly leased two apartments in Mumbai’s upscale Bandra West area at a monthly rent of approximately Rs 3 lakh for three years, according to documents obtained by Zapkey.com. The rent agreement, registered on January 4, 2024, outlines a progression in monthly rent over the years: Rs 3.1 lakh for the first year, Rs 3.25 lakh for the second, and Rs 3.41 lakh for the third.

The 14th-floor apartments cover an area of 1,047 square foot (sqft), with the tenant having paid a deposit of Rs 9.3 lakh. Notably, he had previously leased the same apartments for Rs 2.5 lakh per month about two years ago.

On the cricketing front, the right-handed batter is preparing for the Test series against England, commencing on January 25th at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad. Following a challenging Test series against South Africa, the veteran opener is eager to make a strong impact against the English team.
