Our society ranks in the top 10 in Pune, and everything here is already excellent. Any issues that arise are promptly addressed through maintenance. Two years ago, there was a problem with the sea beach, but it was resolved, and since then, there have been no issues. So, there is no need for any improvements�here�today.read more

There was no designated parking area for visitors, which was inconvenient. I also faced a slight issue with leakage in my flat. It took approximately 45 minutes to reach the airport from the society, which was a bit longer than expected.read more
