Public transports like autos and cabs are easily available nearby. There are local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants conveniently located just outside the society. CCTV is installed throughout the premises, ensuring good security, complemented by available security guards. The lifts are well-maintained. The construction quality is generally good, with occasional issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems not being common. The residents are friendly, cooperative, and celebrate cultural festivals and events together. read more

Water supply issues are prevalent, with reliance on tanker water due to inconsistent availability. There is no swimming pool available, and the maintenance of other amenities is subpar. read more

Things need improvement

The road quality is not good around the society for which major traffic issues and water logging issues are faced a lot specially during rainy season. The roads are always in a bad condition or under construction. The society is not maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained and society remains dirty in some parts. Regularly Garbage collection is not done. Pest control is not done on time. There are too many mosquitos in this society for which we can't open the windows and termite issues are faced a lot seepage and leakage issues are seen in the flats which is a major problem. The construction quality of the buildings is not good. The swimmingpool is not maintained properly for which it is not functional sometimes. read more

Good things here

Buses and auto's are easily accessible at walking distance. Street Lights were installed outside the premises. They was stilt parking available in the premises. Society was well maintained and issues related to plumbing or carpentry was resolved in the timely manner. Garbage disposal was done on timely basis. CCTV's Camera's and lifts were installed and well maintained. Amenities like gym, Clubhouse and swimming pool were available and everything was functional. People celebrated festivals together and people around us were educated, friendly and cooperative with eachother. Its a pet friendly society. read more

Things need improvement

Malad local Railway station was very far from the society. Kids use to play in the open spaces of the premises and because of that people/senior citizens could not walk inside the premises. read more

Good things here

The society has great connectivity in terms of Metros, Cabs and Autos. Uber and OLas are available at odd hours as well like late at night and early in the morning. The roads are properly constructed and no pit holes are present. There is no issue regarding the traffic. Garbage collection and disposal is conducted every morning at 9:00 am except on Sundays which is a holiday for the garbage collection team. Cleanliness has been properly taken into consideration. The facility of issue resolution within 24 hours is provided to the people living in the society. Ventilation and sunlight is proper. Additional staircases are installed in case of emergencies along with fire extinguishers. Elevators and CCTVS are present and maintained. CCTVs are present all around the society. Swimming pool, gym are there and gym equipments are maintained. Whenever any equipment breaks, it is repaired to the soonest. Neighbours are extremely helpful and cooperative. All the cultural events and functions are celebrated in unity. read more

Things need improvement

The metro station is not available at walking distance. It is present at a distance of 2 km from the society. Seeapage is very common in the area. No fire exits are present. There is a major problem with internet especially for the Jio users on the top floors of the building. Network is also not appropriate in the area. read more
