Good things here

Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. They are very convenient for residents. Public transportation, like bus stands, is available within a walkable distance of around 100 meters from the society, which is very convenient. Water facilities are very good, and there is reliable power backup. Garbage collection is efficient; they will collect daily, keeping the society clean. The maintenance staff is very efficient. There is a small clinic available within walkable distance from the society, which is very convenient. The parking area is very spacious in the society. Security in the society is very good, ensuring a safe environment for residents. read more

Things need improvement

Autos are not available for online booking in the area; even if you book online, it often gets canceled. This makes autos highly inconvenient. Maintenance charges are expensive, around 5000 rupees, which we are paying in the society. Hospitals are available but are far, about 4-5 kilometers away. However, there is a nearby hospital that provides ambulance services. There are no metro stations available nearby, which is very inconvenient. read more

Good things here

I used to stay here 2 years ago and found it to be a pleasant place to live. Connectivity is excellent with easy access to autos, cabs, the metro, the railway station, and the airport. Maintenance is very good; the common areas are always clean, and everything is well taken care of. The amenities, like the gym, swimming pool, and parks, are well-maintained. The neighbourhood is friendly and quiet. Security is robust with CCTV cameras, and there is plenty of parking, including spaces for guests. Stray dogs are managed well, and traffic around the area is manageable. read more

Things need improvement

I stayed here 2 years ago, and while most things were good, there were some issues. The biggest problem was the seepage in the walls, which was quite annoying and needed constant attention. read more

The lack of metro connectivity nearby can be inconvenient for residents who rely on public transport. The frequent power cuts and high maintenance charges might disrupt daily life and add to living expenses. Additionally, the small size of the swimming pool for kids and the absence of a playground for older kids could limit recreational opportunities within the community. read more

Transportation options like autos are readily available. Having both basement and outdoor parking facilities is convenient. The construction quality and ventilation are good. Elevators are well-maintained, with six in a single building. The clubhouse offers a wide range of amenities including a swimming pool, departmental store, beauty parlour, gym, library, and squash court. People in the society are cooperative. read more

Things need improvement

Uber and Ola services are not very reliable due to the society's location slightly outside the city. Seepage issues occur during heavy rains, especially in corner houses. The last painting of the society was not done since 2016. The builder has not fully handed over the society association despite residents occupying buildings since 2016. read more
