Good things here

Connectivity via cabs and autos is very convenient if booked using web applications. Water facilities are very good, with reliable power backups. Garbage collection is excellent, and the atmosphere is very pleasant in the area. The low population density makes this society very convenient; there are only 100 apartments, so it is spacious and comfortable. There is a grocery shop available nearby, making it convenient for residents. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis court, kids' play area, and a green environment. Hospital availability nearby is very convenient. Parking is very spacious; both two-wheelers and four-wheelers can be parked. There is also visitor parking and good public transportation accessibility. Cleanliness in the area is very good, with regular housekeeping maintaining hygiene standards. read more

Construction quality is good, with no major issues or deficiencies in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Parking areas are spacious, and there is a designated visitor parking area. Greenery in the city is very good. Security is excellent and ensures safety for residents. Connectivity via cabs and autos is not available, and it is very inconvenient if we book them as they won't come to the society. Metro is also not available nearby, which is very inconvenient. Maintenance of the society is very good. Water facilities are excellent, and power backups are reliable in this society. Garbage collection is very good. Connectivity is accessible and water availability is efficient if we book Ola or Uber. It is a big society. Construction quality is very good. There are few issues like sewage and some road issues. Amenities such as swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, kids' play areas are available in the society. Public transport is reasonable within a short distance. Ramachandra Puram has coordinates of 17.5192° N, 78.3066° E. It is a locality in Hyderabad, Telangana. It is also a part of the GHMC (Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation) and also the HMDA (Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority). It was earlier a part of the MEDAK District and is currently within the Sangareddy District. Based on the 2001 Census, the population of the locality stood at 52,586. Telugu is widely spoken in the locality. The area lies along the National Highway 65 and lies in northwestern Hyderabad. There are multiple industrial areas and residential clusters present here as well. The BHEL Township is also present here along with major IT and ITeS hubs. Infrastructure and Details Ramachandra Puram is well linked to several areas in Hyderabad through the National Highway 65 and the Nehru Outer Ring Road along with the Miyapur-Gachibowli Road. The Miyapur Metro Station is 12 km away while the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport lies 44 km away from the locality.
