Prestige North point has been a life-changing experience for me. So much open space is there and I have been enjoying using all such amenities for first time like swimming pool, gymnasium, indoor sport area and all. All basic ATM, security and power backup facility is there and overall locality is also safe and secure. Only some water gets stuck during monsoon but otherwise area is nice with all grocery stores, and pharmacy nearby. Those working from home will not face any noise disturbance due to peaceful surrounding and good mobile network. Mall is also quite nearby. read more

What to say I mean I will give excellent marks to developer and project. They promised good construction quality, good fitting, security on 24-7 basis, power backup, even things like Equipped with all amenities like swimming pool, gym and indoor sport, the club house is spread over two floors. and they have given it. The locality is safe, road is wide and Western Express Highway is not too far. Commuting is not any hassle and currently working from home with mobile tower responding well. During rainfall some water accumulate here but that is not every day.. read more

Kammanahalli is a locality situated in the northeastern region of Bangalore city. It is bounded by HBR Layout, Lingarajapuram and Banaswadi. This locality was earlier categorised as a Village. However, due to rapid industrialisation and boost in the real estate sector, Kammanahalli is now known as a "Cosmopolitan Hub". It is popularly known as "Kammanhattan". There has been an increase in commercial activities with increasing numbers of retails and commercial establishments, eateries, educational institutes, health care centres and many industries. This location has now become a prime hub for residential complexes and industrial space. Kammanahalli is located about 12km from Yadiyur, famous for Lord Siddalingeshwar Temple and roughly 100km from the main Bangalore city.
