Public transportation is conveniently located within approximately 100 meters, with additional options less than 100 meters from the city center, enhancing accessibility. Street cleanliness is excellent, with twice-daily cleaning, adding to the convenience. The society maintains high security standards, ensuring residents' safety. Nearby schools like MGR School and international schools, as well as hospitals such as Metnitsy and Positaa within a 2 km radius, provide easy access to education and healthcare services. D-mart and other supermarkets within a 1 km radius further enhance convenience for shopping needs. The surrounding people are friendly, and they interact well with each other. We celebrate a lot of festivals together. Basically, we use Blinket and Big Basket for online deliveries, so they deliver quickly. The road quality is good, there are street lights, and we have proper parking spaces. Maintenance-wise, they do proper cleaning of the surroundings, and they collect garbage every day. There are no issues with water and power, and the lift maintenance is good. Construction-wise, there are no leakages, and amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and kids' play area are available. read more

There are pollution issues in the society, affecting air quality and overall environmental health, necessitating measures to mitigate emissions and improve the living conditions for residents. read more

Good things here

We have a lot of greenery in our surroundings, and connectivity is excellent. Within 500 meters, we have access to a metro station, railway station, supermarkets, grocery stores, and hospitals. Cabs are easily available when booked. The road quality is good, street lights are installed, and there is ample parking space. Maintenance is timely, including cleaning and garbage collection, and the lift functions well. Amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, kids' play area, and walking track are available. The surrounding people are friendly, and we celebrate many festivals together. read more

There are seepage issues in the bathrooms of the society, causing inconvenience and requiring maintenance to prevent water leakage and ensure proper hygiene and functionality. read more

The connectivity is great, making it easy to get around. All the amenities are available and well-maintained, which is really convenient. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming, which makes living here pleasant. The construction is also solid, and I haven't noticed any major problems. read more

There are some issues that need attention. The lift often has problems, which is inconvenient. There is also a drainage issue in the kitchen that needs fixing. While connectivity, amenities, the neighbourhood, and construction are all great, the maintenance of certain areas like the lift and kitchen drainage should be improved. read more

Public transport such as metro and railway stations are nearby. There were no issues with leakage. The residents are educated. Cleanliness was maintained, and water was available 24/7. The lifts were well-maintained. Ventilation was good, with sunlight entering the flat. read more

Things need improvement

There was a railway station near the society, causing a lot of noise. The society had modern amenities, but they were not very up to date. For water, we had to install an RO purifier at home in the society. read more
