Residents have allocated parking spaces, which are efficiently managed by security guards. Maintenance of the society is exemplary, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld. Paintings are done promptly, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the surroundings. The installation of CCTV cameras provides comprehensive security coverage, while lifts operate smoothly. Thanks to good construction quality and ventilation, there are no seepage or leakage issues. Residents enjoy a vibrant community atmosphere with various events and festivals celebrated regularly, fostering a strong sense of camaraderie. read more

Things need improvement

Outside the society, accessing public transportation options such as autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs is not convenient. Additionally, the quality of plaster and fittings within the society is below expectations. Furthermore, the distance to the nearest metro station is considerable, making it less accessible for residents. Unfortunately, amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are not available within the society, limiting recreational opportunities for residents. read more

The connectivity is great with timely Ola and Uber. and in the amenity, there was a garden and children's play area. Overall it was a decent place to live. read more

Things need improvement

S a former resident 4 years ago, my experience here had its ups and downs. While the management was responsive in fixing issues like seepage and leakage upon request, there were initial challenges with drainage pipe problems that required additional fees to resolve, despite the building being relatively new. The neighbors were average, and the lack of amenities like a swimming pool and gym was disappointing. Moreover, there were incidents related to construction issues, such as a car getting burnt and another being damaged. These issues could have been avoided with better oversight and management. read more

The society had wide roads, pleasant greenery, and a good atmosphere, with basement parking allotted along with a reliable drainage system. The well-operated lift, satisfactory paint quality, good ventilation, slides in the ground, effective security with CCTV surveillance, and regular maintenance contributed to its appeal. read more

Things need improvement

Wet and dry garbage were combined, construction work caused noise disturbances, occasional blockages occurred in the sewage system, and there was limited knowledge about the amenities. Additionally, there was poor availability of auto services, requiring the booking of Ola or Uber, compounded by inadequate transportation facilities due to the distance from the metro station. read more
