There are no issues with the power supply, and the building doesn't suffer from seepage or leakage problems. However, amenities like a swimming pool, gym area, or clubhouse are not available. The lack of proper garbage collection leads to litter accumulating outside the society, blocking the entrance and causing inconvenience for residents. Events held in open areas often result in chaos and disturbance, disrupting the peace of the residents. Additionally, unfulfilled promises by the builder, such as the amenities promised like a swimming pool, gym area, and clubhouse, have not been delivered, leading to disappointment among residents.read more

The clubhouse construction has been delayed, causing inconvenience to residents as it has been ongoing for quite some time. Similarly, the swimming pool construction has also faced delays, with it still not completed despite being under construction for five years. This prolonged construction period may be frustrating for residents eagerly awaiting its completion.read more

Good things here

As a former resident it was decent and Quiet society to stay in Andheri East region. It had basic connectivity to eastern and western express roadways. Schools and Colleges are close by with lot of food option with restaurants and stalls. Huge parks for kids, enormous running track, many blocks were loaded with a lot of greeneryread more

Things need improvement

The monthly maintenance fees are extremely high, yet the amenities are subpar. The gym and community hall are underground with no natural light or fresh air. There hasn't been a swimming pool for over a decade. Street Dogs roaming around which is very dangerous for kids.read more

In the society, there are facilities available such as a metro station and all local transport options. There are no issues with leakage. Apps are used for security purposes. The people in the society are very nice. There is parking available for visitors. Amenities like gym and clubhouse are present, and hygiene is properly maintained.read more

The society is situated at a considerable distance from nearby markets, which can sometimes inconvenience residents needing quick access to shopping and other amenities. Additionally, one notable absence in the society's facilities is a swimming pool.read more

Good things here

Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Market areas, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. Everything is available within 15 to 20mins away from the society. The maintainance services are good in the society, the society is kept clean. gym, club house, play area are available in the society in amenities. Seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such, the construction quality is good. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it.read more

Things need improvement

I am not aware if the society has got swimmingpool available, when I stayed there was no swimmingpool, it was being constructed. There was a small leak in the kitchen but that was mended soon. During rainy season water logging issues are faced, there is a slum area just outside one of the main gate, over there water logging issues are faced as it is connected to the slum area. Maintainance charges are very high.read more
