While their absence might lead to lower maintenance costs or quieter surroundings, some residents may miss having these facilities.read more

Events held in open areas often result in chaos and disturbance, disrupting the peace of the residents. Additionally, unfulfilled promises by the builder, such as the amenities promised like a swimming pool, gym area, and clubhouse, have not been delivered, leading to disappointment among residents.read more
