100% Safe & Secure with Lovely CO-Flat Owners. Yes, We stay here. Sort of a One Family Atmosphere. Kids love the atmosphere. Flat Build quality is good and no Damages or seepages. Very much standard quality amterial used. Maint Charges are reasonable and time to time upgradation is done * very clean & tidy. Every month water storage Tanks are cleaned. No issues on Garbage disposal, it is picked up everyday evening. Building is properly netted to avoid Pegions entering living area, Building is cleaned 2-3 months for siper web.read more

Nothing much to negative about Apartments as we live like a single family. Any issues raised are immd cleared by the Association Team.read more
