The security measures in place are commendable, with diligent monitoring and CCTV cameras installed in every block. Residents are friendly and helpful, coming together to celebrate various festivals like Christmas, Holi, Diwali, and Ganesh Chaturthi, with a Ganesh temple situated within the society. Supermarkets and vegetable vendors visit twice a week, and the metro station is conveniently located opposite the society. Within a 3 km radius, schools, supermarkets, and banks are easily accessible. Adequate parking and functioning street lights add to the convenience. Maintenance services ensure reliable water and power supply, with daily cleaning and door-to-door garbage collection. Amenities such as a gym, club, basketball court, playground, and swimming pool are available. The outstanding construction quality ensures no cracks on walls and excellent ventilation, providing a comfortable living environment.read more

Hospitals are available within 1 kilometer from the society. Facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, and malls are conveniently located within 200 meters from the society, making it very convenient for residents. Parking area is very spacious, and there is also ample space for visitor parking. Additionally, there is a grocery store inside the society, enhancing convenience for residents.read more

The construction quality is poor because the building is 12 years old, and repainting has not been done yet in the society. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Pollution is present around the city due to ongoing constructions, leading to environmental concerns.read more

Connectivity, like cabs and autos, is easily available in the society. If we book Ola and Uber, they are accessible within the society. Water facility is excellent, available 24/7 in the society, and power backup is also available. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Ventilation in the flats is very good. The greenery in the society is also very good. People are very friendly, cooperative, and respectable in the society. Facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, and malls are available within a walkable distance from the society.read more

The construction quality in the society is poor, with similar seepage issues present in some walls. Additionally, hospitals are not available within the society, making it inconvenient for emergencies as the nearest ones are around 3 kilometers away. The connectivity of our society is fantastic. Within approximately 1 km, we've got a bus stop, a supermarket, grocery stores, and fruit shops�everything you need is right nearby. The area is well-lit with street lights, and there's plenty of parking space available. As for amenities, we've got it all: table tennis, a basketball court, a yoga room, a swimming pool, a gym, a clubhouse, a children's play area, and a walking track. Maintenance is well-managed, with regular cleaning and door-to-door garbage collection. The buildings are properly painted, and the lifts are always well-maintained. Plus, the maintenance charges are reasonable. The surrounding residents are really friendly and love interacting with each other.read more

The road quality is poor, and there's a lack of security. Unfortunately, there have been incidents of grocery items, including apples, being stolen.read more
