Connectivity-wise, the location is incredibly convenient with all amenities nearby. the society boasts a range of amenities, the clubhouse is predominantly reserved for religious ceremonies and parties, the residents are generally friendly and cooperative.read more

Things need improvement

Maintenance issues often take time to solved, which poses a significant drawback. Another notable downside is the strict no-pet policy in the park, despite our willingness to take full responsibility for cleanliness. Despite numerous requests, management has remained inflexible on this matter.read more

It has launched a residential complex that is totally budget-friendly. The basic amenities provided are a club, Swimming Pool, Squash Court, Spa & Saloon, Cricket Practice area, Pool game area, Basketball, Football Court, skating area, Tennis Court and Badminton Court, Kids Play Area. I am very impressed with the location as it's next to Delhi Greens and the metro station is just 10 minutes. The railway station and airport are also nearby the complex. The 3BHK and 4BHK flats are in ready to move condition. Though phase 2 is still under construction, the facilities like 24 hours security, power backup, parking lot, lifts have fascinated the residents.read more

Chintels Serenity is the best value for money township on Dwarka Expressway which has plenty of greenery, luxurious amenities and a great location. I was amazed by the sales team and quickly got an apartment. The rooms are well designed with modular wardrobes and bedrooms. There is a dedicated area for gym and jogging. The project is connected with supermarkets and even educational institutions.
