Good things here
The security guards perform their duties well and are well-behaved. Garbage collection and cleaning are done on time. I have been living here for the past seven years and haven't faced any major challenges. Modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and basketball court are available. Malls, markets, grocery stores, and play schools are nearby, with one even within the society. Ola and Uber are easily accessible. Both covered and uncovered parking are available. The neighbors are very nice. In all the places I've lived, I haven't seen a society as good as this one. The air ventilation is very good, and festivals like Holi and Diwali are celebrated well. The maintenance charges are 5000 rupees per month.read more

Previously, there wasn't much traffic, but with more apartments and markets developing, congestion has increased. There is a slight issue of waterlogging. There is no metro station nearby; it takes about 30 minutes to reach one during morning hours and 15 minutes during off-hours.read more

Well connected with Delhi NCR via Noida - Greater Noida Expressway and Gautam Buddha Road. It is located near TechZone 4. Ther apartment is high rise society with well maintained amenities like swimming pool, children play area, powerback-up, Amphiteatre, indoor games and many more. The markets for daily needs are just a within 5 mins from here. The Construction quality is one of the best. The best part is people dont hestitate to tenter into the swimming pool unlike other society where pool is just for the namesake. The green areas also well maintained. Good things here
ABA Cherry County is the best society where I have lived. Everything here is very great as public transport is easily available, including buses, autos, and cabs. There are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. There are no seepage or termite issues, and the plaster and fitting are good. Regular garbage collection is always on time. The gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. I highly recommend living here as my experience has been really great so far.read more
