The proximity to the metro station adds another layer of convenience for longer journeys. The well-maintained road quality, functional street lights, and allotted parking for all residents contribute to a smooth and safe living environment. The availability of functional CCTV cameras, properly maintained elevators, security guards, and a strong security system ensures that safety is a top priority in our community. Moreover, the emphasis on cleanliness, timely garbage collection, and the absence of water logging issues due to a good drainage system make living here comfortable and hygienic.
