Good things here
There are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, and each resident has designated parking. The elevators are installed and maintained well. The neighbors are very nice, and as a North Indian, I haven�t faced any discrimination from them. Also, since there are no tenants, we don�t have any issues, but I think tenants wouldn�t cause trouble anyway.read more
Things need improvement
Autorickshaws and cabs are hard to find nearby, which seems to be a problem throughout Hyderabad, especially for people coming from North India. We don�t have water supply from the municipality, and I think this area, Narsingi, is quite backward. There are no cooks or house help available nearby, and the ones who are available charge high rates. The swimming pool water is often dirty and closed most of the time. The gym lacks most equipment, and what�s there often doesn�t work. The construction quality is poor, with wood falling apart due to termite issues in just five years. There�s a lot of corruption in the society, with no transparency in maintenance charges and expenses. The maintenance overall is very poor, from garbage collection to disposal, it�s all third-grade. Additionally, I don�t prefer the society�s setup where we only own a space, and the rest of the land belongs to the community.read more

Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Amenities like swimming pool, club house, gym, table tennis, and a kids' play area are well-maintained in the society. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. Facilities like supermarkets, markets, and grocery stores are available within a walkable distance from the society. Garbage collection is very good, done daily in the society. The parking area is very spacious in the society, with a designated visitor parking area. There is ample greenery in the society, and a park is also available for kids.read more

Construction quality is not good in the society, with major seepage issues present. Hospitals are very far from the society, approximately 3 kilometers away, which is inconvenient for emergencies. The metro station is also far from the society, approximately 4 kilometers away, which is inconvenient.read more

Good things here
I am a former resident and used to stay there 3 years ago. Living here was very pleasant. Connectivity was good, with easy access to auto rickshaws, cabs, and the metro. The airport was conveniently nearby, which made travel easy. Maintenance was excellent; everything was kept clean and in good working order. Stray dogs were managed well. The construction quality was solid with no major issues. The amenities, including the garden, swimming pool, gym, and parks, were well-maintained and enjoyable. The neighbourhood was friendly and welcoming. Security was good with CCTV coverage, and there was plenty of parking, including guest spaces.read more

The railway station was quite far away, which made train travel less convenient. This distance could be problematic for those who frequently need to travel by train.read more

The elevators are installed and well-maintained, which is great. The construction quality is excellent, and the apartments are spacious with no seepage or termite issues. Proper ventilation keeps the place comfortable. Garbage collection is regular, with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. The electricity and water supply are reliable. We have a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool that are all well-maintained. The neighbors are decent and friendly. Connectivity is good, with well-maintained roads and nearby schools, hospitals, and markets.read more
