The fact that garbage collection is timely and we have continuous water supply, along with 24/7 availability of drinking water, ensures that basic needs are met efficiently. I'm grateful that we don't face any electricity issues, and having power backup available adds an extra layer of security and convenience. Regarding cost responsibilities, any issues within individual flats must be handled and paid for by the owner. However, if the problem is outside the building or on the outer side, it falls under the maintenance team's responsibility. Additionally, there are concerns about garbage collection. It's important to separate dry and wet garbage properly, but this is not currently happening in our society.
