In our management, we conduct various festivals such as Karnataka Rajyotsava, Ram Navami, Holi, Diwali, Dussehra, and Ganesh Puja collectively. Amenities like table tennis, basketball court, cricket pitch, gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, walking track, and community hall are well-maintained. Maintenance ensures proper cleaning and timely garbage collection daily. The lift functions smoothly, and connectivity to IT parks and amenities within 1 km, including bus stops, supermarkets, schools, and hospitals, is convenient. Street lights are operational, and there is ample parking space for residents. The flats have excellent ventilation, and there are no issues with leakages.read more

Living in the society was convenient with all modern amenities well-maintained. Festivals were joyously celebrated, and the surroundings were lush with adequate greenery. Cleanliness was consistently upheld, and the 24/7 water supply ensured reliability. Access to autos and buses was convenient. I never encountered any problems with leakage or seepage, and my flat enjoyed good ventilation and ample sunlight.read more

There were frequent traffic issues near the society due to narrow roads, often causing jams lasting 2-3 hours. Residents sometimes had conflicts among themselves. Unfortunately, there was no metro station near the society.read more

Good things here
There are no leaks or seepage problems anywhere in the society due to its high grade of construction. Excellent security is also provided by the sturdy, unbroken structure and the constantly on-duty guards. There are no parking problems in the community, and there are no stray dogs. The lifts function nicely.read more

People who need transit must wait a long time and go great distances. Residents are inconvenienced by the lack of accessibility to buses and auto rickshaws. Their everyday commute and general convenience are affected by this challenge.read more

The connectivity is great, the bus stand is nearly 1km away from here only. Overall it is a good place to live in. A bridge is in construction nearby, so the area is a bit dusty for now. All basic amenities are available here like, gym, swimming pool, clubhouse etc. I have not faced any issue regarding maintenance, there are parks, greenery well-maintained.read more

This society is wonderful! The residents are friendly and cooperative, and I appreciate the excellent cleaning services and efficient garbage collection. There are no issues with seepage, leakage, or cracks, and the ample parking space is definitely a plus. Plus, the water supply is fantastic!read more

I find this society lacking in connectivity as there's no public transportation available besides infrequent buses and limited accessibility to Ola and Uber. It's inconvenient for daily commuting.read more
