House facility & amenities are good. location is also good. But few things related to society is not appreciable.read more

As what I have known about this society, is that there is no proper association formed till date. Everything is still with the builder. OC & Khatha number is not yet given to owners. it's 5yrs since the society is built but not transfered to owners name. This have heard from people in the society. But would like to know the truth.read more

Proximity to major international schools, shopping malls, multi speciality hospitals. Calm and good location with strongly constructed flats and houses is what describe the place the best. However, connectivity is also up to the par as there is railway station which is nearby to go anywhere without facing any traffic issues. Even all the major schools and colleges are also nearby so that you can send your kids for better education without wasting time on commuting. Security is also good as the security guards ensure that you family members are always safe and secured. Thanks to the other amenities like swimming pool, parks, Gym along CCTV coverage you do not have to go outside for daily needs. Connectivity is a plus point because bus stand is nearby.
