My stay at Godrej 24 has been an absolute nightmare. From the very beginning, it was evident that this housing society is plagued with numerous issues that have made my life unbearable. First and foremost, the maintenance of the society is horrendous. Last week, all housekeeping staff left their jobs due to nonpayment of their salaries, resulting in all areas being dirty and unkempt, with trash piling up and a perpetual stench lingering in the air. The management seems indifferent to the residents' concerns, as they hardly ever address complaints promptly or efficiently. Security is a joke here, with only 6 security guards appointed to take care of the entire society. The amenities promised are now completely shut down. The so-called "state-of-the-art" gym is outdated and poorly maintained, with most of the machines always under maintenance. The swimming pool is consistently murky and poses health risks such as ear infections and skin diseases. This swimming pool is best for fish farming. Now, all amenities are permanently closed, and we are paying rent for a 2BHK that is less spacious than a 1BHK in another society where we could easily get a 3BHK at the same rent. Furthermore, the responsibility to clean the corridor areas and dispose of the garbage has been shifted to us, the residents. In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering living in Godrej 24 to think twice. This housing society has been nothing short of a disappointment, with its poorly maintained facilities, inadequate security, and utter disregard for residents' well-being. My time here has been an unending source of frustration, and I can't wait to leave this place behind.read more
