The atmosphere and space in the society are very conducive, and the area is well accessible. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Parking space is very spacious, accommodating both two-wheelers and four-wheelers comfortably. There is a designated visitor parking area in the society. Maintenance arrangements are efficient. The water facility is very good, with power backup available. Overall, the society is very respectable and comfortable.read more

The construction quality is quite poor, with some major issues such as sensor malfunction and significant external cracks in the walls. There is also a pollution hazard around the society because the main road nearby is congested.read more

Good things here
Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and table tennis are available and well-maintained in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable, around 4500 rupees compared to other apartments. Parking areas are very spacious, and there is a separate visitor parking area in the society. However, visitor parking is limited. Cabs and autos are easily available in the area, making it very convenient for residents, and their maintenance is well-managed and convenient.read more

The construction quality is not good; there are a lot of external cracks in the walls within the society. Additionally, the greenery outside of the society is lacking and should be improved.read more

Good things here
Getting around is a breeze with cabs and auto-rickshaws nearby, and booking Ola and Uber is super convenient. People in the society are really respectful, and we celebrate every festival together like one big family. The atmosphere in the city is peaceful, making it easy to form friendships. Parking is plentiful, with space for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers. We have great amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area, all well-maintained. And during the summers, the swimming pool is especially enjoyable.read more

Maintenance charges here are reasonable, but we do have some issues with water access and restrictions in the swimming pool. Visitor parking tends to get congested in the city. On the bright side, our power backups are very reliable in the society.read more

The community here is really tight-knit, and we celebrate every festival like one big family, whether it's Holi, Diwali, national festivals, or birthdays. It's always a blast! Getting around is easy too; we can easily book Ola and Uber for cabs and auto-rickshaws. Maintenance is top-notch, keeping everything in great shape. And we feel safe and secure, even at night, thanks to the excellent security measures in place.read more

Maintenance charges are based on the size of each flat, so larger flats might have higher fees. Although amenities are provided, the maintenance could be better. Currently, the swimming pool is closed, and the gym is small. Parking areas can also get congested at times within the society.read more
