Good things here

Maintenance is done properly, like garbage collection happens on time, and the lift and CCTV cameras are well-maintained. Public transport is easily available, including buses, auto rickshaws, and there's also a metro station . Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, indoor games, and clubhouse are all available. We celebrate all festivals here, and everyone enjoys them a lot.read more

Things need improvement

I didn't like the construction quality of the society at all because there are too many issues with seepage and dampness. The materials used weren't good either. The fittings of windows and doors are okay, but nothing special; they could have been better.read more

Good things here

The society has excellent ventilation and timely water supply, with power backup provided by a generator. The lift and CCTV are well-maintained. You can order anything online, and delivery services are readily available. Festivals like Holi, Diwali, Durga Puja, and Laxmi Puja are celebrated enthusiastically. Floors are cleaned daily, and the CCTV and security facilities are excellent. If someone visits, the security at the gate calls for permission before allowing entry.read more

Things need improvement

There are no nearby schools or grocery shops, although a vegetable vendor visits the area. Due to open parking slots and the society being a bit far from the city, the nearby metro station is quite distant. The swimming pool and gym are available only for owners, the clubhouse, play area, and garden are accessible to everyone.read more

Good things here

The people here are incredibly cooperative, always ready to help each other out. Maintenance is top-notch, ensuring everything runs smoothly. It's a well-gated community, offering a great sense of security. The amenities are superb, with a well-equipped gym, a refreshing pool, and a clubhouse for social gatherings. The gardens, both small and large, are beautifully maintained and provide a lovely green space to relax and enjoy nature.read more

Things need improvement

The occasional leakage issue is really bothersome. Despite the excellent connectivity, cooperative residents, good maintenance, and the availability of amenities like the gym, pool, clubhouse, and well-kept gardens, the leakage problem is something that can't be overlooked. It disrupts the otherwise pleasant living experience and needs to be addressed promptly by the management.read more

Good things here

The flat has good ventilation and ample sunlight. The lifts are well-maintained, and water is available 24/7. Festivals are celebrated, and bachelors are allowed in the society. Pets are also allowed.read more

Things need improvement

There are numerous issues in the society. Connectivity for autos and buses is not good, requiring a bit of walking. The roads outside the society are not in good condition. There are significant problems with leakage and seepage in the flats, and cleanliness and hygiene are lacking. Parking allocation seems unfair, with committee members receiving 2-3 parking spots while others receive none. There is a lot of gossip among the residents. Despite having amenities, they are not maintained properly.read more
