As a resident, I'm very happy living here. The road is in excellent condition, and there are no issues with leakage or seepage. The people are friendly and welcoming, and there's a lovely garden to enjoy. We also have a reliable water and electricity supply, which adds to the comfort and convenience of living here.read more

As a resident, there are a few concerns worth noting. The cleanliness is not up to the mark, and the building, being 35 years old, shows its age. Additionally, there is no gym, pool, or clubhouse. While there is a garden, it could be better maintained. However, overall maintenance of the property is not that good.read more

The society does a great job of keeping everything clean, with regular maintenance of equipment and thorough cleaning. The connectivity here is excellent, and I haven't had any problems like seepage or leaks in either the society or my flat. The neighbors are also really helpful and friendly.read more

The roads outside the society were well-maintained. There were no issues like leakage or seepage in the flat. Ventilation was good, and there was plenty of sunlight. There was enough greenery around.read more

Things need improvement

When I lived in the society during COVID, no festivals were celebrated. Utility water was available only for 15 minutes, so we had to store it. There were no modern amenities in the society. Connectivity was poor, with no access to autos or buses. We had to buy bottled drinking water as it was not provided by the society. Cleanliness was not maintained, and the lifts were not well-maintained.read more
