Difficult for the senior citizens to live there. Nobody cares. No security for the elderly persons. Any body can have access in to RIVA in the night through car parking. Services are being withdrawn gradually. No medical facility. Compared to the facility offered price is high.

The nearest railway station from the locality is the Nelamangala railway station (7 km) and Golhali railway station (7.4 km). The nearest metro station from the NelaMangala is Nagasandra (14 km), located on the Green Line (Nagasandra to Yelachenahalli) of Bangalore Metro.
