In a ten-year-old building in a peaceful society, the security system is commendable. We have CCTV cameras in every block and security guards available. During the daytime, six members are on duty, and at night, there are five members who work promptly. The location is centrally located, with a main road about 1 km away, providing easy access to bus stops, vegetable markets, petrol bunks, bank ATMs, hospitals, and schools. Additionally, there's a main road 3 km away. Street lights function properly, and there's ample parking space. Maintenance is top-notch, with housekeeping staff cleaning daily, collecting garbage, and maintaining the lift. Water and power supply are reliable. The construction of the rooms ensures proper ventilation and ample sunlight. Any leakage issues are promptly resolved by the management. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, table tennis, basketball court, kids' play area, and walking track are available. The surroundings foster a sense of community, as residents interact with each other frequently.read more

The road in the society is congested, leading to traffic issues, especially during peak hours. Efforts are needed to address this concern for smoother transportation.read more
