This society has partnered with NoBroker, and the security systems are excellent. When visitors come to the society, the owners receive notifications on their mobile devices. There are high-quality CCTV systems installed within the community for safety purposes. Connectivity within the society is excellent, as two metro stations are easily accessible from both the front and back sides of the society. Additionally, there is a bus stop just outside the back gate. Several schools, hospitals, and supermarkets are conveniently located within a 1km radius. The maintenance of the society is commendable, with regular water supply and excellent cleaning services. There are various amenities available within the society, including a park, playground, open gyms, and ample parking options. Moreover, there is a temple within the society where various pujas and festivals are celebrated. Pedestrian walking tracks are also present within the society for residents' convenience. The ventialtion is excellent because of the well-designed balconies and a good garden area around the society.read more

The society was constructed around 15 years ago, and its appearance reflects its age, with a somewhat older look. Additionally, there are no modern amenities present within the society.read more

The water facility operates smoothly 24/7 in the society, and there's also power backup available for common areas. People in the society are highly respectable and cooperative. The presence of abundant greenery and plants contributes to a refreshing atmosphere with fresh air. Ventilation in the flats is also excellent in the society. Cabs are also available if we book Ola and Uber in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and overall, the society offers a pleasant living environment.read more

Unfortunately, the society lacks amenities like a swimming pool, and the construction quality is indeed very poor. Seepage and leakage issues are prevalent in the society, particularly in bathrooms and walls. Additionally, there is no designated visitors' parking area, and traffic issues further inconvenience residents.read more

Connectivity, like cabs and autos, is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Water facilities are very good; we can use both tanks and motors. Public transportation, like buses, is available outside the society on the main road, which is very convenient. Amenities like kids' play areas and playgrounds are available. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Power backup is available in the society. Living in the society is very good; the management is really doing well. People are very friendly, cooperative, and respectable. Facilities like supermarkets and vegetable stalls are available within walking distance from the society, which is very convenient.read more

Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, and table tennis are not available in the society. The metro station is available but far from the society, around 3 kilometers away. Roads are not in good condition inside the society.read more

The road quality is good, streetlights function properly, and ample parking space is available. The area features an open park, ensuring adequate ventilation. Maintenance is top-notch, with daily cleaning and regular garbage collection. Overall, the construction offers good ventilation and comfortable living spaces.read more

In this society, a positive aspect is that all buildings are 3 or 4 floors high, providing excellent ventilation inside the flats. Nearby small shops like vegetable shops and barber shops are easily accessible within walking distance. The bus stop is just outside the society, making transportation convenient. Maintenance facilities have no major complaints due to everyday cleaning and water supply. Garbage collection and disposal services are also good. Good amenities are available within the society, such as an outdoor gym, plenty of open space, a children's play area, and open parking options.read more

Things need improvement

During my time in this society, approximately three years ago, the major issue was the absence of power backup options for residents. Additionally, there were some minor issues with plumbing stemming from the lack of construction quality. Moreover, there were no super specialty hospitals in close proximity to the society.read more
