Good things here

Maintenance charges in the society are nominal. The people are cooperative and friendly. Connectivity is good, with autos and cabs easily accessible. Cleanliness is maintained well, with garbage being collected and disposed of on time. The flats have good ventilation.read more

Things need improvement

The cleanliness and condition of the floors should be improved. There are seepage issues in flats during rains. Water supply is also problematic, with water available in washrooms only from 7-10 A. M. There are no amenities like a swimming pool or clubhouse in the society. Additionally, the gym available is not satisfactory.read more
