Good things here

Electricity and water supply is available 24 hours. Parking facility is good. public transportation is easily available. Cab, taxi facility available.The house is very well constructed, the pillars of the house are strong and the quality of plaster is very good and there is no seepage issue.gym and clubhouse facility is available.The neighbors are decent and good.All the necessary shops are nearby.read more

Things need improvement

There is no petrol pump nearby. At many places the street lights do not work properly at night. There is no electronic repair and barber shop nearby.Hospital facility also needs to be increased.read more

Sattva Park Cubix is a dream come true! The tennis court, spa, and library are fantastic. The fire sprinklers and service lift add an extra layer of safety. I am satisfied!
