Good things here

Sector 16A is one of the most posh sector in Faridabad. With its close connectivity to highway, its own Metro Station (Old Faridabad Metro Station), 2 big markets, many mandirs, schools, hospitals and more it stands as the best sector to live in Faridabad. It houses many VIP and important personalities such as former politicians, former judges, governers, Former IAS officers, emminent doctors, former and present MLAs and MPs. It has frequent VIP movement as it also has Faridabad's Circuit House. It has many important places such as Metro Hospital, Magpie Resort, Nehru College, Government Women's College, Sant Nirankari Public School, Grand Columbus School, Sai Mandir, Geeta Mandir, Shaktipeeth Hanuman Mandir, Cafes, Restaurants and more. Roads are wide, green and clean. Residents are happy and cooperative. Best part of this sectors that it has discouraged builder floors since beginning, allowing only HNIs to settle around and keeping the sector less crowded. Sector 16A accounts for highest ITR payments in whole Faridabad hence proving that the best of best gentry only lives here.

It is one of the major commercial hubs, and it is one of the prime locations in Noida as it is close to many IT offices. There are many apartments for sale as well as ready to move it. Cheap cost of living makes it an excellent investment destination.

Sector 16 is one of the prime localities in Noida. It is well connected to South Delhi and Central Delhi. Public transport is good with excellent infrastructure. There is lot of air and noise pollution, the area is also not clean compared to other areas.

One of the best residential areas in Noida, Sector 16 has a strategic location with lush of greenery. Friendly and safe neighborhood. It is an emerging employment hub with many offices located in the surroundings. It is a safe and secure area with well lit street lights.
