Good things here

what I loved about the place is that it's a good place at an affordable place to live in which makes it a priority for the middle class people in our society

Things need improvement

Metro station is quite far and therefore it can be difficult to visit places nearby but auto facilities are fine

It is one of the major commercial hubs, and it is one of the prime locations in Noida as it is close to many IT offices. There are many apartments for sale as well as ready to move it. Cheap cost of living makes it an excellent investment destination.

Sector 16 is one of the prime localities in Noida. It is well connected to South Delhi and Central Delhi. Public transport is good with excellent infrastructure. There is lot of air and noise pollution, the area is also not clean compared to other areas.

One of the best residential areas in Noida, Sector 16 has a strategic location with lush of greenery. Friendly and safe neighborhood. It is an emerging employment hub with many offices located in the surroundings. It is a safe and secure area with well lit street lights.

Sector 16 in Noida is a well connected locality via excellent roadways and railways. There are many reputed schools in this area. Shopping malls, hospitals, parks are also in the vicinity. There are no power cuts, the roads are well maintained. The area is clean and hygienic with no pollution.
