There is a sizable stationary (book) market in this city. Going out at night is safe. Because it is close to Sanjay Van, this region has a lot of greenery. It is near JNU and IIT. There is a metro station nearby. There are also two bus stops. There are no power outages. The roads are properly illuminated.
