Auto cabs are readily available within the society, and nearby malls enhance convenience for residents. The society maintains consistent planning and conducts regular maintenance. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues of cracks or seepage/leakage observed. Residents enjoy access to various amenities including parks, clubhouses, and gyms. The neighborhood fosters a friendly and cooperative atmosphere, with all festivals celebrated within the community.read more

yes sir fully safe and secure in this area. one police station available so easily any problem Going police station. yes sir good and standard material use building this side . I tell quality of roads sir 2×2 side road available so easily drive 2 car. and one big water Going line so no any problem in raining season. my experience is good . many family living with full family. so I personally recommended buy in this area.read more

Good things here
As a former resident, I recall that there was a bus stop near the society, making public transportation easily accessible. There was also a school within walking distance, and hospitals and other necessities were reachable within a 2km radius. Water seepage or leakage was not a concern because the society was relatively new, with some buildings still under construction. Despite being under construction, the society was well-maintained and kept clean. Amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, pool, and park were available, although nothing out of the ordinary. Some festivals were celebrated in the society's parking lot.read more

To access autos or rickshaws, we had to walk to the main road as they weren't readily available within the society. Only major festivals were celebrated within the society; not all festivals were observed.read more

I think the connectivity if good enough to rate it 4 out of 5 as i can easily access auto, cabs etc, IN my opinion the construction quality and maintenece quality both are good only, the people living in the society are cooperative.read more

The closest Metro Station of Gota is Sabarmati (7km).
