There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. Mall is attached with the society. Good amount of parking space is alloted to all residents. Water logging issues are not faced as such, drainage system is good in the society. The maintainance services are good in the society, the society is kept clean. Garbage are disposed on time. Pest control and paintings are done on time. Seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such, the construction quality is good. Ventilation is quite good as compared to other societies. Facilities and Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area are available in the society. Badminton and basket ball court are also available. The Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it. Elevators works properly and is maintained on timely basis. Balcony is available and rooms are properly ventilated in the society. People are very understanding and friendly in the society. read more
