Having well-maintained lifts and the installation of CCTV cameras contribute to the safety and convenience of living in our society. Things need improvement

The distance to the metro station can pose challenges for residents who rely on public transportation for commuting. Additionally, issues with the construction quality, such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems, can affect our comfort and the integrity of our buildings. The absence of public transportation options like buses further exacerbates the transportation issue. Good things here

Living in this neighborhood is wonderful! Our neighbors are very friendly and always ready to help out. We celebrate all festivals together, which is a lot of fun. The ventilation in our buildings is excellent, and there are no issues with leaks or seepage. We have CCTV cameras installed throughout the society for safety, and the lifts work perfectly fine. Plus, we have a beautiful garden and playground right here in the society. Everything we need is nearby - malls, markets, schools, and hospitals. It's a great place to live.read more

Things need improvement

The metro station is far from the society. There isn't a swimming pool in the society. Not many people use the gym, so it doesn't run properly and often stays closed. The AC in the gym is broken, and the elevator frequently malfunctions. The water quality is very poor. The water is very salty, which makes the taps, bathroom, and toilet very dirty. This is the biggest problem in the society, and it's very distressing for me.read more

The society was well-maintained, and its upkeep was good with no leaks, everything in perfect condition. Additionally, there are swimming pools and a clubhouse, along with a cricket ground within the society. Water supply and electricity are reliable. The painting was overdue but hadn't been done yet. There wasn't a swimming pool available in the society, and the clubhouse and playground were a bit small. Also, the ventilation in one room of the flat was good, but it wasn't great in the other room.read more
