Parking spaces are allocated efficiently, and the society is consistently maintained for cleanliness and hygiene, with punctual garbage collection. Security measures include CCTV cameras and courteous security guards. Functional lifts and good ventilation enhance residents' comfort. The friendly and cooperative atmosphere fosters a sense of community, with residents celebrating cultural festivals and events together.read more
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are quite high at _1400 per month, and there have been delays in maintenance services. Some residents have experienced seepage and leakage issues in their flats. Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool available, and access to auto-rickshaws and erickshaws is limited. The nearest market area is around 1-2 kilometers away. Additionally, the gym facilities are not currently in use.read more

Good things here
Getting around from here is pretty easy, and the upkeep of the place is decent. We don't have any problems with water supply either. Plus, there's a gym, play area, and clubhouse for everyone to enjoy. And don't worry, security and safety are well looked after too.read more

There is issues with seepage on the balcony and occasional water logging. Unfortunately, there's no swimming pool available on the premises. As for the residents, it's a mixed crowd.read more

When I was living there a few months ago, I found the connectivity convenient for personal vehicles, with well-maintained roads and minimal traffic issues. The maintenance charges were reasonable, and the lifts were consistently serviced. Additionally, there were no reports of seepage issues in the flats during my time there.read more

While the cleaning was somewhat average, there were occasional delays in garbage disposal. Unfortunately, the society lacked amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, or sports facilities. Residents tended to keep to themselves, and parking availability was insufficient.read more

I sold my flat a year ago, cleanliness was maintained well in the society. Schools and hospitals are conveniently located nearby. I didn't personally face any seepage issues, and his neighbors were helpful, celebrating festivals together. The lifts were also well-maintained during his time there.read more

One need personal vehicle for commuting as the roads outside the society were not in good condition, and traffic had worsened over time. Additionally, there were no malls or D-Mart type stores nearby. The maintenance charges of 1500/- per month unsatisfactory as he didn't feel they were being utilized effectively, and parking space was inadequate. Sunlight was inconsistent throughout the day.
