pollution is the main problem traffic problem are mainly here and there is not so much parking space metro is not here which is a problem for people.read more

I hope it is best area in ernakulam . Growing city with lots of facilities. Best place for it professionals because infopark is near. Even we have lots of places to hangout .etc....read more

Schools, Malls, and restaurants all are in a near radius and raise no concerns as they are of the top ones to be found in Kochi, Electricity charges are much affordable, power cuts are quite too rare, and even top quality its to be summed up in one word magnificent, water clogging or rains are no issue, And yes its always clean at all times and there are no issues what so ever, And yes its safe, Saftey is never a concern, Families have no problemsread more
To be honest, there is nothing that I would say that I dislike, maybe just the turn towards the entrance might be a little tight but can sure manage cars going your way and the opposite wayread more
