Laxmi Narayan Developers has launched its new residential project Nilkanth Heights in Pali Gam, Surat. It is spread over a total area of 1.21 acres and offers 1 and 2 BHK apartments. Carpet area for 1 BHK apartments is 374 sq ft. and 2 BHK apartments 527 to 580 sq ft. Amenities available for the residents are lifts, car parking areas, landscaped gardens and well lit internal roads. CCTV cameras are installed in the complex to provide security to residents.
