Lilleria Group started off as Samanvay Builders almost 3 decades ago. With the efforts put in by the promoters, the real estate and construction company created many architectural landmarks. This was the pioneering company to start a trend of gated communities in the real estate sector. The company’s Shivashray gated community project has been awarded by the Government for using the Best and Cleanest Society of Gujarat. Almost 2 decades after the construction company was established, the company Shivashray diversified into Hospitality and launched Gujarat’s biggest party plot by the name of ‘Lilleria Party Plot’ with one-of-its-kind private lake in it and a capacity to accommodate 10,000 guests. Lilleria Group is the brainchild of Mr. Rajesh and Mrs.Bhavna Patel. Right from laying the foundation to making, the company reach the pinnacle of success with their efforts.
