Good things here

Connectivity accha hai society ka as it is located in on the outskirts. Personal vehcile ho toh kaafi better hai commute karna. Maintenance charges are around 40k per year, worth hai itni services milti hain. Garbage collection & disposal is done on time. RWA bohot active hai society ka, issue resolution process accha hai, aadhi raat mein bhi kuch issue hota hai electricity ya water ka toh woh theek hota hai. Parking is adequate enough, lifts are working fine. Housekeeping staff is also on point. Balconies hain flats mein, ventilation accha hai. All amenities are available here in society like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse. People are friendly & co-operative in society.read more

Personal vehicle na ho toh kaafi mushkil hai because public transport is very expensive. There is no meter system in auto-cabs. Metro bhi door hai society ke. 10 saal baad ab thoda bohot seepage hota hai. Biggest issue is there is no drainage system. Society ke bahar roads are full of gutter water, jiski wajah se waterlogging hota hai, leading to stinking, dengue and ultimately traffic. Iske liye government agencies ko picture mein aana chahiye but they are coming not. Koi local MP ya MLA aana chahiye.read more

Approach road is near the society. Fixed parking rules are followed by all and security guards guids all. Mall, market and grocery are close to the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Resolutions are done on time. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in the society, security system is very good. Security guards are available. Ventilation and ssunlight is proper in all rooms. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, library, club house are not available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society.read more

Connectivity is improving, but there are ongoing issues like gutter problems due to the society right in front, and the road conditions are not optimal, especially near Applewood Township gate, causing flooding and hindering private vehicle movement. occasional waterlogging occurs, with burst pipes being a sporadic issue. However, there are recurrent concerns with bathroom leakages and faulty flushes.read more

Uber and Olas are available during odd hours such as late at night and even in the early mornings. Lifts are available in the society and is functioning nicely. Open spaces and parks are available. A lot of cultural events and functions are conducted in the society during holidays. The society is properly ventilated and sunlight comes in the balcony area. The resident is quite satisfied with the maintenance of the society. Garbage is collected on time and disposed very efficiently.read more

Orchid Harmany has a beautiful garden area. The society has excellent connectivity, with well-maintained roads and a bus stop right in front, making transportation hassle-free. The construction is of good quality, with well-ventilated and spacious flats. Since the society is relatively small, maintenance is done promptly without any issues. Amenities like a gym, clubhouse and the residents are friendlyand cooperative. Recently they celebrated Holi together in the premises.read more

There were minor construction flaws leading to water leakage issues which becomes really problematic for the perople. Despite having all amenities, the absence of a swimming pool is due to the small size�of�the�society.read more
