Good things here
Having easy access to public transportation right outside the society is incredibly convenient, making it simple to get around town. Plus, with market areas, schools, and restaurants nearby, running errands or grabbing a bite to eat is never a hassle. It's reassuring to know that water logging isn't an issue thanks to the efficient drainage system in place. This ensures that even during heavy rains, the society remains free from flooding or water-related problems.read more
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, cleanliness and hygiene aren't priorities, and the maintenance services leave much to be desired. It's disheartening not to have amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or even a park for kids to play in. These are things I'd really appreciate having in my community. During the rainy season, seepage and leakage become major issues, which is frustrating and inconvenient. It's clear that the construction quality isn't up to par. One of the most disappointing aspects is the lack of friendliness and cooperation among residents. Living in a community where people aren't friendly makes it feel less like home. Parking problems are a daily struggle. There simply isn't enough parking space, which leads to constant frustration. Additionally, the lack of maintenance extends to the appearance of the buildings. Paint is peeling, and it feels like the overall aesthetic of the society is neglected.read more

Good things here
Public transport, such as autos and buses, are easily available. There's a hospital, grocery store, mall, and market nearby. We don't have any issues with pet dogs or stray dogs in our neighborhood. The security guards are very attentive and do their job properly. CCTV cameras are installed everywhere in the society, ensuring safety. The lifts are spacious and well-maintained.read more

Garbage collection was sometimes delayed, and we had to remind them about it. Maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene wasn't that great either. The roads inside the society weren't good for walking, and the paint had faded but hadn't been repainted. When I first came to the society, there used to be cultural events, but they stopped afterward. There were no amenities like a gym or swimming pool, and although there was a play area, it wasn't well-maintained. One thing I'd like to highlight is that I lived on the first floor, and people living on the top floor used to throw things down, which I didn't like at alread more

Good things here
I am very happy by living here as the public transport is easily available with buses, autos, and cabs. There are hospitals and markets nearby, and each resident has designated parking. Garbage collection is done on time. The society has very nice and friendly people. The lifts are installed and maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and security guards always available.read more

The major issue I face is regarding the extreme water issues and cleanliness in the society. There are also some seepage and leakage issues in my flats. The society also don't have amenities like a gym and clubhouse. There was a garden, but half of its space has been converted to parking.read more
