Good things here

Yes there are many local markets and malls nearby No i have never faced a water shortage Electrical charges are very minimal and street lights are always on where we can wall safely And schoos are nearby available

Good things here

I wish to share you this property is so preferable. it is so worthy for your money. so I would you recommend this propertyThe roads in the area are well maintained. Themarkets are at walking distance. The police in the area are frequently patrolling. There is no water shortage.As there are shopping mall being build in future there would be more fun living in this area.the transport facility of this in locality is very good we can get quick buses and autos and marketplace is very near from the society so I feel it is one of the best society

Good things here

Streetlights are in working condition and are in on state after 9 pm It has good connectivity to the airport,hospital,malls,BRTS bus stand ,etc. 24 hours water facility and good facility for transportation. Environment is eco friendly in the society and is less crowded as compared to other socities THINGS NEED IMPROVEMENT Frequent power supply cuts and CCTVs.The first is 3& 4 BHK Classy living located at Ambawadi, Nr Parimal Garden, With UItra modern Amenities Like Movie theater, Multi purpose room Children Play Area, E V Charging point, Allotted Car Parking, yoga Deck, just 150 mtr away from *Jain Derasar*, 500mtr from Metro Station,2mint walking from Shopping Mall, Multiplex, School, Super Market. 5 mint From BRTS Bus Stop,20 minit from Ahmedabad Railway Station, 30 minit From Ahmedabad International Airport.

We have all the great hospitals, malls, and local market including food shops in our area. The locality is also well maintained.

Things need improvement

Only bachelors are allowed, the food is not included as of now but tiffin service can be suggested..
