I've been living here since 2020, and it's a 3-block society with friendly and humble neighbours. The CCTV cameras and security guards provide a sense of safety. The connectivity is excellent, with buses, autos, and cabs easily available. Regular garbage collection is done, and there are schools and hospitals nearby. Parking is available for residents, elevators are installed and maintained, and there is a reliable supply of electricity and water without any breaks.read more

When I moved in back in 2020, I had the flat painted, but during the rainy season, all the walls got damaged due to severe seepage issues. It's frustrating because repainting is expensive, and the unresolved seepage makes the flat look bad. The only amenity in the society is a gym, there are no other amenities available.read more

Good things here

I like here that public transport is super accessible here with buses, autos, and cabs always available. There�s a hospital and market close by, and I haven�t had any issues with seepage or termites. The plaster and fittings are all done properly, and garbage collection is always on time. We have 24/7 electricity and water supply, and the people in the society are really nice and friendly. The lifts are well-maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and security guards always on duty, which makes me feel safe.read more

There are some issues with parking and water leakage. Also, the amenities are pretty limited here�s just a garden area and a skating area. I wish there were more facilities like a gym or clubhouse.read more
