Good things here
Yeh ek standalone building hai, lekin yahaan hamesha do security guards maujood hote hain, jo ki bahut acchi security ki guarantee dete hain. Connectivity bhi bahut acchi hai, auto aur bus aasani se mil jaati hai. Ab tak kisi bhi flat mein leakage ya cracks ka koi bhi samasya nahi aayi hai. Yahaan ke log bahut achhe hain aur sabhi tyohaar mil ke manate hain.read more

The metro hasn't arrived in Dahisar yet. It's a standalone building without any amenities. Water supply is limited to only half an hour daily, requiring residents to store water for later use.read more

The society has limited amenities; we only have a mandir and a park. Beyond that, there isn�t much available. While those facilities are nice, having more options would definitely enhance the community experience.read more

Good things here
There was school, hospital, and market nearby, which was very helpful for us to get daily works or requirement done easily. The construction quality was excellent with no seepage or termite issues and the plaster and fittings were quiet up to the mark. I also had friendly neighbors who used to make the community feel supportive.read more
Things need improvement
However, there are were many downsides of the society like autos were not easily available, requiring a bit of a walk to get them. The roads were in poor condition and there was no dedicated parking available. Maintenance issue was very much, with frequent lift issues and no committee members to address concerns. Water supply was inconsistent as sometimes it used to come in morning then you have to keep it stored as then it would not come in evening or vice versa often requiring storage. Garbage collection was irregular and have to pay them someone separately to just collect it as nobody used to come from the society side to collect. There were no amenities like a gym or clubhouse, and security guards were also not always present. Additionally, festivals were not celebrated together, which impacts the community feel. Having a leader to coordinate these activities and having better maintenance, adding amenities could improve the situation from my side I would say for improvement.read more
