Good things here

Dadabari is good area where wide roads , good drainage system, 3 big and several small parks, top schools nearby, Its situated on Rawatbhata bypass. Good locality, posh colony are nearby, Dadabari is also a posh colony.

Autos and Cabs easily available

Wide and spacious roads

Low traffic

Public transport accessible

No water logging on roads

Great Schools nearby

Hospitals are accessible

Accessible local markets

Good restaurants

Decent residents

Safe in the night

Well lit streets

Often police patrols

No crimes

Safe for children

Lot of green spaces

Great cleanliness

Peaceful and not crowded

Adequate water

Low power cuts

Things need improvement

High price for new buyer, Malls, cinema hall are little far. Little more crowded area. No metro station are in Kota City.
