Additionally, there's reliable power backup, and garbage collection is efficiently managed with separate collection of wet and dry waste. The ventilation in the flats is commendable, contributing to a comfortable living environment. People in the society are known for being friendly, cooperative, and respectful. Furthermore, facilities are conveniently located within walking distance from the society. read more

The poor construction quality in the society, especially with reported seepage issues. Additionally, the inadequate parking space and absence of designated visitors' parking areas add to the inconvenience for residents. The environment of the society is very spacious and calm. Ventilation of the flat is very good. Water facility is good in the society. Power backup is also available. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. The parking area is very spacious, and there is parking for visitors as well. We celebrate every festival in the society. Inside the society, there is a temple where we all celebrate every week. Facilities are all available near the society. read more

The swimming pool is currently closed due to water problems. Road construction is ongoing near the society, causing many disturbances. Cabs are not available within the society; they are only available if we book them, which is inconvenient. read more

The connectivity is excellent because the society is located in a prime area. Within a 1km radius, there are tech parks, several international schools, a hospital, shopping malls, and an easily accessible bus stop. Additionally, small supermarkets are located just outside the society. The newly constructed metro is also approximately 2km away from the society. The maintenance is well-managed with good backups and generator facilities. The housekeeping staff ensures regular cleaning, and the maintenance charges are around 4000 per month. The quality of construction is commendable, providing good ventilation. Well-maintained amenities such as a party hall, gym, garden area, children's play area, swimming pool, and temple are available within the society. read more
