It is a fantastic location. All shopping malls, hospitals, and banks are nearby. The metro station is not far away. Local markets are close by. Roads are also nicely maintained and lit, and a police station is nearby. Shared ola uber is also available. There is a calm environment.

A peaceful spot to stay. Because it is located to Balewadi High Street, you can easily find decent retailers nearby. It also includes a lot of playgrounds and parks where you may have fun.

This is definitely a desirable location for tenants. The location is fantastic because it is close to the IT park in Pune. Public transport is simple to use. There are well-kept roadways.

I've lived here for ten years and the people are extremely humble and friendly in nature. The transport is excellent, and I don't have to wait long for anything. There is adequate electricity and water supply, and the area is safe at night.

The electricity supply is adequate, and public transit options such as Ola cab auto are available. Water supply is properly maintained, Nagar Nigam is doing a fantastic job, traffic congestion are minimal, and roads are good, clean, and clear. As a result, pollution is also low. Schools, colleges, and hospitals are nearby. The grocery stores are within walking distance, and the airport is close by.
