Good things here
powai has a great connectivity with central ,harbour and western .Any parts of Mumbai can be connected through the various modes of transport.Ine of the best location in Mumbai and sooner the property rates will go high up and many builders are eyeing this location as it is very convenient for the people who have to constantly fly to different states and different countries for business purpose.i would highly recommend this place as I am born and raised up in this area.read more

Good things here
Powai is very good locality to live with family because here we can find all the amenities for our fulfillment of daily basic need available within few kilometres. good transportation facilities and there are no power cut issues. roads are well maintain and environment of this locality is clean and hygiene.read more

This area is convenient with lots of useful amenities close by. we can easily walk to banks, schools, hospitals and markets. the public transport is great with options like auto cabs and nearby metro stations. roads connect well to neighbouring cities and shopping malls are nearbyread more

In some areas roads need better maintenance and certain street lights are not well maintained. Traffic congestions is a problem.read more

Powai is an upscale residential neighbourhood located in central Mumbai. It is situated on the banks of Powai Lake. Powai started flourishing with the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay, in the 1950s.The area is dominated by developers like Hiranandani, Wadhwa Group, Kanakia, Ekta World, and K Raheja. Powai has Sanjay Gandhi National Park to its north, Jogeshwari - Vikhroli Link Road (JVLR) to its west, and L.B.S. Road to its east.
