There are railway stations in the vicinity and also nearby parks where I can take my child to play also. That being said, project offers so many amenities inside with lots of space for walking around. Overall living here is quite pleasant and all major shopping centres are also located in close proximity.

NCC Urban Mayfair offers great amenities to all the residents and I am quite happy with the overall experience. There are so many of them literally and I feel that there is no need to go out of the project for almost anything. The project design and layout is also quite attractive and compelling, to say the least.

Decorations of every room are very high quality yet. Rooms will be coloured with distemper colour and floors will be designed with beautiful patterns of tiles.
