The postal head office is Dhankawadi, and the pin code is 411043. Marathi, Hindi, Marwari, and Kannada are the main local languages here. Balaji Nagar has a tropical climate. In winter, there is much less rainfall than in summer. The annual rainfall here is 1200 mm. The average annual temperature is 24.3 °C.
