The connectivity is excellent, with cabs and Uber readily available if booked via the app. Amenities are also abundant and well-maintained, such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and a kids' play area, which are available and maintained well. People are very friendly and respectful in the society, creating a good community atmosphere. Every maintenance service is very good. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and the green areas of the society are very well-maintained. The water facility is available 24/7 and is very reliable. Power backups are also available, ensuring continuous electricity supply. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately, maintaining cleanliness in the apartments. Public transportation is accessible, with bus stops within walking distance of around 500 meters. Overall, people are very friendly and respectful in the society, contributing to a pleasant living environment.read more
